We reverse engineered a plastic compactor that compresses plastic film into “bricks”. REP utilized 3D Modeling Software, Solidworks, for the design, produced a majority of the parts, and provided assembly and testing services.
From 1996 to 2000, REP was contracted to design an entire line of breathing air compressors used in hospitals based on exact customer specifications.
REP designed and built a process skid based on a customer’s P&ID (Piping & Instrument Diagram). Upon completion, we maintained outstanding customer relations which enabled us to update and improve the design based on customer usage and comments.
