Pressure Packages P3 Configuration

P3 configuration featuring a Roots 412 RAM on an REP 678 VersaBase. P3 configuration with Roots 33 URAI mounted on an REP VersaBase Frame 23. This package features an inlet filter, inlet and discharge silencers with a discharge pressure gauge, discharge relief valve and discharge check valve. This is a Pressure Package utilizing the Roots 33 Universal RAI with a 7.5HP Motor. The package includes a 2.5\" inlet filter, 2.5\" inlet silencer, 2\" discharge silencer, 2\" Kunkle 337 discharge pressure relief valve, 2\" inline type check valve and discharge pressure gauge. The package is integrated on a VersaBase 23.
Roots 36 Universal RAI Positive Displacement Blower Pressure Package. The blower is mounted on an REP VersaBase 34 with integral belt guard, 7.5HP motor, motor slide base, inlet filter, discharge silencer, discharge check valve and a discharge butterfly valve. A pressure gauge is supplied to monitor blower discharge pressure. P3 configuration with a Roots 718 URAI, 50 HP motor, integrated on an VR6C1 VersaBase. Roots 616 RAM blower with 125HP motor integrated on a VR6C1 VersaBase. This P3 configuration features inlet filter silencer, inlet and discharge silencers, inlet and discharge expansion joints and a mounted discharge check valve.
Roots 721 RCS-JH driven by a 200 HP motor through a jack shaft. The package was shipped completely assembled, ready for installation such that the customer had only to hook up the discharge pipe and run power to the motor. Roots 56 Universal RAI Positive Displacement Blower Pressure package. A VersaBase 567 base is utilized to integrate a 30 HP motor, v-belt drive, inlet filter, inlet and discharge silencers, pressure relief valve and discharge check valve. Positive Displacement Blower package utilizing REP's VersaBase 567 with a Roots 56 Universal RAI (URAI), 30 HP TEFC, 1800 RPM motor and 4\" Inlet Filter, Inlet Silencer, Discharge Silencer, Kunkle Pressure Relief Valve, Discharge Check Valve and discharge pressure gauge.
This is a Pressure Package utilizing the Roots 45 Universal RAI with a 7.5HP Motor. The package includes a 3\" inlet filter, 3\" inlet silencer, 2.5\" discharge silencer, 2\" Kunkle 337 discharge pressure relief valve, 2\" inline type check valve and discharge pressure gauge. The package is integrated on a VersaBase 34.

Pressure Packages P3 Configuration



The P3 pressure package consists of elevated base, inlet filter or filter/silencer in a horizontal orientation, separate inlet and a discharge silencers in a horizontal configuration. This is typical referred to a table top orientation.
