Fabrication at REP

Fabricated structural steel base with base extention for accessory items. A combination of plate, channel, bar and tube were utilized in its fabrication. Lifting lugs are also provided. Stainless steel cabinet that required a brushed finish. Hy-Definition plasma, CNC punch, press brake and welding were processes used in producing this product. Fabricated steel exhaust stack designed to be anchored to the ground.
Hy-Definition Plasma can cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper up to 0.5\" thick. Maximum plate size is 6' x 10'. HyDef Plasma cutting with 70 Amp consumables through a 0.25\" thick mild steel plate. Parts are for a VersaBase 567. REP utilizes a 220 press brake to brake a 14ga mild steel part with precision Wila tooling.
The press brake operator is using digital calipers to check flange size to insure compliance with drawing tolerances. REP utilizes precision ground tooling to achieve excellent tolerances. CNC Punch capable of punching 0.25\" thick mild steel and 11 gauge stainless steel MG Metal Master III HyDef plasma cutting 0.25\" mild steel. We can cut up to 0.5\" thick in stainless, aluminum or mild steel.
Operator is braking a 14ga mild steel part. Note that the part has been punched prior to this braking operation. REP utilizes a Euromac CNC punch for those parts that need many holes or need precise locations. The Euromac utilizes a 6 station Multi-tool or a single station tool. The Euromac can generate 35 tons of force using a single station tool. The operator is programming the CNC Punch. Note the many perforations that are on the sheet loaded.
