This is a Pressure Package utilizing the Roots 33 Universal RAI® with a 7.5HP Motor. The package includes a 2.5" inlet filter, 2.5" inlet silencer, 2" discharge silencer, 2" Kunkle 337 discharge pressure relief valve, 2" inline type check valve and discharge pressure gauge. The package is integrated on a VersaBase 23.

Package Components:
  • Roots Frame 33 Universal RAI®
  • 7.5 HP TECO, 1800 RPM, TEFC, 1.15 SF Motor
  • V-Belt Drive with 1.767:1 Ratio using 3V Cross Section QD type sheaves and bushings (various drives may be substituted to meet your specific need)
  • 213T Motor Slide Base, Twin Screws
  • Universal CCF-2.5" Filter with paper element
  • Universal SD-2.5" Inlet Silencer, Chamber-Absorptive Type
  • Universal URB-2" Discharge Silencer, Chamber Type
  • Kunkle 337-2" Pressure Relief Valve set at 7 psig
  • 2.5" Inline check valve with steel body and aluminum internals
  • Discharge Flex connector between blower discharge and silencer
  • 2.5" Compression Coupling between Inlet Silencer and Blower
  • Discharge Pressure Gauge kit with 2.5" Dial, 0-15 psig, liquid filled with snubber and petcock valve
  • REP VersaBase 23 with appropriate guards and brackets
  • Standard REP Paint, Gray Top Coat with OSHA Yellow Guards
  • Unit was mechanically tested under full load prior to shipment (standard)

Performance for this configuration would be:
  • Inlet Volume = 147 ICFM
  • Blower Speed = 3,101 RPM
  • Discharge Pressure = 6 psig
  • Total Differential Pressure = 6.5 (includes losses)
  • Required Horsepower = 5.9
  • Temperature Rise = 89°F
  • Noise Level = 91.2 dBA at 3'

A combination acoustical weather enclosure is available for this configuration to meet more aggressive noise requirements.
