REP offers a complete line of direct drive blower packages that are ideal for the ROOTSFLO®, DuroFlow® 45 Series and Big Jack A4 series blowers.

This package consists of the following components:

• ROOTSFLO® Frame 404 Positive Displacement Blower
  
• REP PD Direct Drive elevated fabricated steel base
  
• 25 HP, 3600 RPM, TEFC Motor suitable for operation on 230 to 460 Vac, 3 Phase
  
• Rexnord E30 Coupling
  
• Inlet Filter/Silencer, 4", Filter-Silencer, Solberg FS-275P-400
  
• 5" Blower Adapter Plate for Inlet
  
• 4" Blower Adapter Plate for Discharge
  
• Flexible connection between blower discharge and discharge silencer
  
• 3" Chamber-Absorptive Type Silencer
  
• 2" Kunkle Type 337 Pressure Relief Valve Set at 15 psig mounted in a 3x3x2" Tee
  
• 3" Wafer Type check valve secured between flanges
  
• 2.5" Liquid Filled, 0-15 psig Pressure Gauge with snubber and petcock valve
