This is a Pressure Package utilizing the Roots 36 Universal RAI® with a 7.5HP Motor. The package includes a 2.5" inlet filter, 2.5" inlet silencer, 2.5" discharge silencer, 2" Kunkle 337 discharge pressure relief valve, 2.5" inline type check valve and discharge pressure gauge. The package is integrated on a VersaBase 34.

• 2.5" Inline check valve with steel body and aluminum internals
  
• Discharge Flex connector between blower discharge and silencer
  
• 2.5" Compression Coupling between Inlet Silencer and Blower
  
• Discharge Pressure Gauge kit with 2.5" Dial, 0-15 psig, liquid filled with snubber and petcock valve
  
• REP VersaBase 34 with appropriate guards and brackets
  
• Standard REP Paint, Blue Top Coat with OSHA Yellow Guards
  
• Unit was mechanically tested under full load prior to shipment (standard)
  

Performance for this configuration would be:

• Inlet Volume = 135 ICFM
  
• Blower Speed = 1,889 RPM (52% of Maximum)
  
• Discharge Pressure = 5 psig
  
• Total Differential Pressure = 5.5 (includes losses)
  
• Required Shaft Horsepower = 4.9
  
• Temperature Rise = 80°F
  
• Noise Level = 83 dBA at 3'
  

This unit can be operated at a maximum speed of 3600 RPM which would result in a flow of 309 CFM at approximately 10 shaft horsepower requiring a 15 HP motor. Larger silencers as well as a larger inlet filter would be required for operation at maximum speed. Noise level would be substantially higher (approximately 93 dBA at 3').
