This is a Pressure Package utilizing the Roots 56 Universal RAI® with a 30 HP Motor. The package includes a 4" inlet filter, 4" inlet silencer, 4" discharge silencer, 2" Kunkle 337 discharge pressure relief valve, 4" inline type check valve and discharge pressure gauge. The package is integrated on a VersaBase 567.

• Universal SD-4" Inlet Silencer, Chamber-Absorptive Type


• Universal SD-4" Discharge Silencer, Chamber-Absorptive Type


• Kunkle 337-2" Pressure Relief Valve set at 6 psig


• 4" Inline check valve with steel body and aluminum internals


• Discharge Flex connector between blower discharge and silencer


• 4" Compression Coupling between Inlet Silencer and Blower


• Discharge Pressure Gauge kit with 2.5" Dial, 0-15 psig, liquid filled with snubber and petcock valve


• REP VersaBase 567 with appropriate guards and brackets


• Standard REP Paint, Gray Top Coat with OSHA Yellow Guards


• Unit was mechanically tested under full load prior to shipment (standard)

Performance for this configuration would be:

• Inlet Volume = 413 ICFM


• Blower Speed = 2,359 RPM (83% of Maximum)


• Discharge Pressure = 10 psig


• Total Differential Pressure = 10.5 (includes losses)


• Required Shaft Horsepower = 25.4


• Temperature Rise = 150°F


• Noise Level = 96 dBA at 3'

This unit can be operated at a maximum speed of 2850 RPM which would result in a flow of 522 CFM at approximately 31.1 shaft horsepower requiring a 40 HP motor. Larger silencers as well as a larger inlet filter would be required for operation at maximum speed. Noise level would be substantially higher (approximately 98.7 dBA at 3').

A combination acoustical weather enclosure is available for this configuration to meet more aggressive noise requirements.
