This is a Pressure Package utilizing the Roots 45 Universal RAI® with a 7.5HP Motor. The package includes a 3" inlet filter, 3" inlet silencer, 2.5" discharge silencer, 2" Kunkle 337 discharge pressure relief valve, 2.5" inline type check valve and discharge pressure gauge. The package is integrated on a VersaBase 34.

• Discharge Flex connector between blower discharge and silencer
  
• 2.5" Compression Coupling between Inlet Silencer and Blower
  
• Discharge Pressure Gauge kit with 2.5" Dial, 0-15 psig, liquid filled with snubber and petcock valve

Performance for this configuration would be:

• Inlet Volume = 206 ICFM
  
• Blower Speed = 2,225 RPM (62% of Maximum)
  
• Discharge Pressure = 5 psig
  
• Total Differential Pressure = 5.5 (includes losses)
  
• Required Shaft Horsepower = 7.0
  
• Temperature Rise = 78°F
  
• Noise Level = 87.1 dBA at 3'
  

This unit can be operated at a maximum speed of 3600 RPM which would result in a flow of 373 CFM at approximately 11.8 shaft horsepower requiring a 15 HP motor. Larger silencers as well as a larger inlet filter would be required for operation at maximum speed. Noise level would be substantially higher (approximately 95 dBA at 3').
