REP utilizes a Euromac Model BX750/30CNC Punch.
Several tooling configurations are used to meet your CNC punching needs.
We utilize a MTE-6 six station Multitool punch and die holder which permits the use of six different punches and dies. Maximum punch diagonal is 0.945 (24mm).
We also utilize 1.25" Thick Turrent punching stations for thicker materials and larger hole sizes.
We maintain tooling in a variety of sizes and shapes including round, square, rectangular and obround.
Working table dimensions are 1250mm (49.2") in the X-Axis and 750mm (29.5") in the Y-axis. Larger work pieces may be accomodated by flipping or rotating. X-Axis repositions allowing punching of very long work pieces.
