REP currently operates an MG Metal Master III that allows us to cut plate up to 6'x10' at near laser quality.

We can cut mild steel (A36), stainless steel, or aluminum up to 0.5" thick. Tolerances can be held to within 0.032".

Provide us with a DWG or DXF file and we will be glad to provide a quote.

REP utilizes Pronest to efficiently nest parts to minimize material waste and save you money.

Hy-Def plasma is ideal for cutting plate flanges, and odd shaped parts. We specialize in short turn-around times for small orders. REP typically stocks mild steel (A36) in 0.5", 0.375", 0.25" and 0.188" thick plates. We typically have 10, 11 and 14 gauge mild steel sheets in stock. We also carry 14 and 16 gauge galvanized steel in 5x10' sheets.

If you call us in the morning, we can have your parts on a truck in the afternoon for most small part runs.
