Custom Fabrication of Self Erecting Baum Jig

Pressure and vacuum systems are our specialty, but we do find it hard to pass up a fun challenge. One of our long-time customers, Snoby Systems, knows our large material handling capabilities and comes to us for assistance with large special projects.

This project started with a total refurbishment of a trailer which our customer had used on a previous project. After complete disassembly, the parts could be sand blasted, welded, painted and reassembled to bring the trailer up to spec. Using our customer’s design specs, the components of the baum jig are currently being fabricated in our facility. When complete, the entire assembly will allow the end user to transport the equipment to the job site and easily erect the jig.
