At pdblowers we build custom equipment enclosures for a wide range of applications, but soil remediation equipment enclosures are one of our specialties. Since our first soil remediation project in 1992, we have been partnering with environmental consulting firms to provide soil remediation systems and equipment enclosures for use by government agencies like the EPA as well as military bases and private firms.

Custom Soil Remediation Trailer

Installed at a chemical facility, this bio-sparging system was integrated into an ISO container modified to have a smaller 30' footprint, acoustic/thermal insulation, and a Class 1 Division 2 Group D process area.

Used for fuel cleanup on a military base, this system has an open installation with only the blower package contained in a noise enclosure while the other equipment is skid mounted.

This 40' custom container houses an air sparging system with all of the necessary system components including a very large plenum for air filtration.

We have experience providing equipment, control systems, and enclosures for a variety of soil remediation systems

Our custom enclosures are fabricated from the ground up, similar to ISO containers but using a heavier design to accommodate heavy components. We can build with special materials, like stainless steel or aluminum, using bolts, riveting, and/or welding. Any type of access panels and doors can be configured for your system, and different types of liners can be added for noise and temperature insulation.

Whether you need a soil remediation equipment enclosure that will be installed on the ground at a job site, or a modular enclosure that can be easily transported and assembled in temporary locations, we have the experience to make your project successful.

In addition to initial design and fabrication, pdblowers also works with our customers to provide ongoing maintenance of their soil remediation systems and enclosures.  We frequently do retasking and retrofitting when requirements change or equipment needs to be updated.
