How are pdblowers products shipped?

General information about shipping is below, but if you have any specific questions or shipping requirements please contact us so we can discuss your shipment.

Standard Shipping
We ship the majority of our products and equipment through UPS or various LTL Freight carriers. Large packages and custom systems may have other special shipping arrangements.

Small products like blower oil and filter elements are boxed and shipped via UPS. When you order these products through our website you will be presented with available UPS shipping methods.

Large or heavy items, like our blowers, are typically shipped via LTL freight. For customers in the United States and Canada, freight shipping quotes will be provided during checkout on our website. For other country destinations, our customer service team will provide a shipping quote once we have discussed with you the details of your shipment.

Some of our blowers are technically light enough to ship through a small parcel carrier, however due to frequent damage, we now only ship blowers via freight. If our customers insist on shipping a blower through small package shipping, we require a damage waiver to be signed.

Expedited Service or other special delivery options
When our customers need equipment quickly, we can arrange expedited services including air cargo, dedicated courier, or dedicated freight. Our team can also provide on-site start up or diagnostic services.

Export Shipping
For destinations outside the US, our products and packages are typically shipped via air cargo or ocean freight. Export crates are required and must meet specific ISPM standards depending on the destination country. The cost of the export crate, which typically runs from $50-$1,000 depending on the size and ISPM requirements, must be paid by the buyer; after gathering the details for your order we will provide you with the additional amount needed for the crate. For very large orders or equipment, cargo containers can also be arranged.
