We typically process orders Monday through Friday between 8am-6pm ET. After your order has been processed in our system you will receive an email from our customer service team to confirm that your order has been entered and is awaiting shipment.
Many of the items on our website are kept in stock at both our east and west coast locations and these items will be shipped out promptly. Orders for in-stock items received in the morning are usually shipped out same day, and orders received in the afternoon or evening typically ship out the next day. Shipping tracking information will be sent to you the morning after your package ships. If your items are not in stock, we will advise you of the status and expected lead time.
