While we build pressure and vacuum systems for a wide range of industries and applications, there are some industries where we have very specialized experience. One of those is fly ash handling for the regulated power industry. Hot ash created during coal combustion is a waste product also known as fly ash, flue ash or pulverised fuel ash. Positive displacement blower packages are used to separate the fly ash from the flue gas and then move the ash into silos where it can be properly disposed of or recycled into concrete, asphalt and other industrial products.

- 150HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC motor
- 10″ Inlet silencer, paired with a 10″ inlet filter
- 8″ Discharge silencer
- 4″ Weighted relief valve
- EPDM expansion joints
- Custom skid base designed to be filled with concrete for permanent installation
