OEM Vacuum Packages for Material Handling System

At pdblowers, we partner with a number of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), to build packages that will be incorporated into larger complex systems.  The equipment for these packages can be provided by pdblowers, or can include parts provided by the OEM.  The packages can also be fully branded with the OEMs logo and colors.

In this current project, we have designed and built a number of large vacuum packages for use in a material handling system.  The blowers and filters were provided by the OEM.

  • 150 HP, 1800 RPM TEFC Motor
  • 445T Motor Base
  • SDY-12 Discharge Silencer
  • JET, SD-10 Jet Silencer
  • Filter, supplied by customer
  • Expansion Joint
  • Vacuum Relief Valve set at 20″ Hgg
  • Custom Fabricated Base
