This model is now obsolete, but Roots used to offer aluminum bronze impellers as an option for the 412 DVJ Dry Vacuum Exhauster models. These rotors caused the machine to be derated to a lower max speed and pressure rise than the standard ductile iron rotors, but the aluminum bronze material provided spark and corrosion resistance.
