With over twenty years of customer service and specialty retail management, Lauren is a pro at managing customer accounts effectively and efficiently. She joined the pdblowers customer service team in 2023, looking to grow her skills in a more technical industry. Lauren hit the ground running—engaging with customers on the phone and via email, addressing inquiries and concerns, processing orders, and connecting customers with our engineering team as needed—while building her knowledge of positive displacement blowers and their applications.
With a background in art from Georgia State University, where she concentrated in ceramics, Lauren brings a unique creative perspective to her work. Her passion is people, learning about them and their businesses while helping find a solution to their unique challenges.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys creating art and exploring new mediums. Her creative outlets are painting, knitting and making jewelry, and she also enjoys reading and fitness.
