Vicki joined the customer service team at pdblowers in 2023, and quickly became an indispensable resource. She monitors multiple sources of customer requests through our website, emails, and phone lines, creating quotes and orders and directing customers to the appropriate specialist team members. Vicki’s dedication to providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service ensures that customers receive the best possible support.

With over ten years of experience in the mortgage industry prior to joining pdblowers, Vicki’s attention to detail and ability to handle detailed contracts and processes has led her to an interest in growing our international business and learning the ins and outs of export sales and logistics.
Outside of work, Vicki loves spending time with friends and family–especially her kids, Derek and Brielle–and can often be found at music festivals or kayaking in the North Georgia mountains.
