Why do we carry gear oil for the StripMeister E250? Well we don’t, not intentionally. The lubricants we stock are made for use in industrial air blowers. But if other manufacturers think our products are the best fit for their equipment, who are we to argue?
The synthetic oils we carry are designed to lubricate the gears and bearings of positive displacement blowers. They prevent metal-to-metal contact while resisting oxidation, shear, and thermal degradation. The high viscosity index, high flash and auto ignition points, and low volatility provide superior temperature resistance. Additives control the formation of rust, corrosion, carbon & varnish. Our industrial type, non-detergent, rust-inhibiting, anti-foaming synthetic lubricants are designed for high performance in tough conditions.

What type of maintenance is required on the StripMeister E250?
To ensure smooth operation of your StripMeister E250 we recommend a maintenance of the following:
Make sure the machine is unplugged before performing any maintenance
1. Check oil level on the gear box monthly.
Before checking the oil, make sure the gear box is not hot. If oil is visible when the screw is removed from Oil filler hole on the gear box, the unit is still full. If not visible top up with manufacturers recommended gear oil (ISO VG320 or Petro of China CN320) until full.
