What is your return policy?

Please inspect your order as soon as received and should you detect missing or defective items, contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Damaged Freight: Customer must report any damage to the carrier within 7 days of receipt to request inspection. Discarded material cannot be claimed for credit.

If it becomes necessary to return a product to pdblowers Inc., please contact Customer Service for a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number, preferably within 30 days of receiving the product. pdblowers Inc. must receive returns within 15 days of RMA approval. Otherwise, the RMA will be refused. RMA numbers must appear on the packing list and items to be returned must be packaged and shipped in accordance and in compliance of all applicable regulations. All returned materials must be shipped freight pre-paid. Note* some returned items could be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Do not ship items to pdblowers without receiving a RMA number from Customer Service first.
Shipments without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Items not returnable for credit include: Opened or damaged containers, materials damaged in shipment, material past its expiration date or with an expiration date too short for resale, special orders or custom materials.
