Forming custom shapes on demand is essential to our custom design and build service. We use this metal bending capability to create elevated bases for our blower packages as well as many other individual components as needed, during the build-out for more complex systems.
Our fabricators use two CNC controlled press brakes for custom bending, an Accurpress 425012 and a Durma Model CNC HAP37200. Both are 250-ton machines with 12′ beds. The Accurpress features Wila New Standard tooling and a CNC crowning system that creates a streamlined edge around the entire bending area.
We can bend metal with the following specifications from 0 to 180 degrees:
- 12′ sheet up to 1/4″ thickness
- 6′ sheet up to 3/8″ thickness
- 3′ sheet up to 1/2″ thickness
