Our most custom solution—Turnkey System Integration
Our work customizing blower and vacuum pump packages led us to expand our capabilities—from fabrication of components to integrating those components for a more complex process. A system might include electrical and mechanical equipment. It may need controls and power distribution. Communication protocols might be necessary to tie them all together. We do it all, across a range of industries.
Systems for soil remediation, for example, combine a variety of components: vacuum pump, air/water separator, thermal oxidizer, all operating together in a contained system. Other turnkey projects involve data integration, using a variety of inputs to operate a new system through your existing controls. Application engineers working in our MET-Certified Panel Shop coordinate with your team.
From safeties to speed controls, we test almost everything before we ship, aiming for turnkey, onsite results. Very large-scale systems may require special testing arrangements or onsite support for setup.
The Process
Many of our clients come to us with a process design. We can easily open schematics using AutoCAD® or SolidWorks®. We start from your initial determinations regarding project requirements and begin to calculate which components and design criteria will work best for your project. If it’s a temporary process, we can build with that in mind. If your system should be built to last or used extensively, we’ll help you consider durable component options—from a basic material to a sophisticated mechanism. Then, we start building.
Packaging equipment that works
The system can stand alone or integrate with existing operations. In addition to System Integration, if you need to “package” mechanical equipment on a skid, a series of skids, or using an enclosure, we can help. We have the tools to combine equipment on one common skid, or multiple skids. Packaging options include:
- Trailer Mounted Equipment
- Non-elevated Base Plate / Fabricated Skid
- Enclosed or with Custom Enclosures
- ISO Containers
- Small Portable Buildings
For all systems, we commonly use modular construction—all of which makes for easier turnkey operation, shipping, assembly, and service.
Customer service that brings you solutions
We are invested in our relationships. After helping you make your P&ID operational, we want to make sure it continues to do the job. Anything we build or service includes a warranty. As an option, with client request, we can work with third party certifying agencies to certify your completed system is fully compliant with specified codes.
We retrofit or refurbish equipment as needed, between operational cycles. Contact us to learn more, or send over your project specs today.
