The Sutorbilt 3L Positive Displacement Blower is a model in Gardner Denver’s Sutorbilt Legend series. The current series is the “S” series, so new 3L models may be referred to as 3LS blowers. Older series include the 3LR, 3LP, 3LL, 3LF and 3LB blowers.

Model numbers consist of 7 characters and will be stamped on a nameplate on the blower. The first four characters will be the same for all of the 3M blower models. The last three characters will indicate the configuration, series and basic options for the specific blower.
